SHIPPING & RETURNS

Product Shipment

All our products are shipped via AusPost for both Australian and International orders. We do offer express shipping as an additional domestic (AUS) option. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Our shipping does not require signature for delivery and the courier might leave the package at your mailbox or door. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after a carrier has made a successful delivery at your designated address.

For orders over $70 within Australia we provide free shipping. 

Return Policy

You may return items that are in new condition - have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@kattu.com.au with your order number, details, and reason for return. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returned goods – except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect supply. Once item(s) are received and inspected, your refund will be credited back to your original form of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account. 

Exchange Policy

We will do our best to accommodate exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to hello@kattu.com.au to speak with a member of our team and indicate your desired exchange item(s).

International Shipping

Yes! Kattu ships worldwide!

Please note that all international orders’ customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. 

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Kattu, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the item(s) to Kattu.

Sale and Promo codes

Full priced orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale items purchased during special promotional event (e.g. Black Friday Sale) are only eligible for an exchange.

All items marked as ‘sale’ cannot be returned.
